You need to always have a fresh watermelon in your backpack for the grade 12's, get good grades, play alot of sports and get on the older guys good sides.
In order to survive Grade 9 You will need to stay orginized, pay attention in class, listen in class, meet new people, stay with your friends, and participate in class.
Most important things? Geez...I would say have a good spirit, the right mind set and not procrastinate!!! Do it in Grade.9, and I could guess it would stay with you till Grade.12! (hence the Daily Shag Report!)

I also think you'll need to listen to instructions hard when you don't understand clearly whats going on. Maybe sitting by friends that can be distracting can be a factor well when doing school work.
make lots of friends to help me throught the year. I need good teachers willing to help me when i need help. i need games to play so i dont die of bordom :P. I also need music so i am entertained for the year and not bored

i think we need to be really oganized and to do are work in class and not to goof around in class and u need good friends to help u through the ruff spots
you must keep calm and not be intimidated by the older grades. organization is another big deal if you are not organized when it comes to tests and you have nothing that is your fault. lastly dont get caught up in all the drama that goes on. you have to ignore all the lies and rumours and have your good friends by your side.
In my opinion, some of the most important things you will need to do in order to 'survive' grade 9 are to keep an open mind, know right from wrong, and keep your friends close! :)
The most important thing i will need to survive is organization I think is a big part of it. If you dont have that then you wont get very far in getting assignments done and projects.It keeps me on track. Friends I think that if I didnt I would go through grade 9 in a very sad state of mind. They are what makes me happy every day, I come to school and know that they will make me smile 100 times in that day alone. When things are bad and I need support I know i can turn to them. Concentration is another big one for me, its something that if i dont have in my brain then I will not be able to get work done. Therefore i will get behind in my work and fail out of grade 9 which would be very bad.
In order to "survive" grade 9, or any other grade for that matter, I think you need to stay organized and concentrate on what's important. Focusing on your schoolwork and putting forth effort into everything that you do would also be a good idea. As well, you'll need good friends and support for all the other things grade 9 throws at you. :)
